"Working with Trauma Survivors and Those with Lived Experience in Professional Settings" is a 1-day training. Survivors and lived experience experts play a key role in the providing services to foster youth involved in the commercial sex industry. Despite the importance of their role, many agencies have struggled to effectively work with survivors. This training will help agency leaders learn how to more effectively work with survivors to enhance their professional development, improve team cohesion, and increase the quality of service delivery, so they can provide higher quality services to foster youth.
